If they're going to fit in all these commercials and former players announcing picks, they really need to up the 2nd round time per pick to 10 minutes. The back queue of picks piling up is ridiculous.

that would be the stupidest thing the organization could do. I'd really hate it if that is what it came down to.

And now Nate Burleson breaks his arm again. The football gods just can't give Browns fans too much of a breeze, huh?

Well, I'm happy with the players the Bears drafted. A big, versatile cb and two promising dt's.

*sigh*

I'm still trying to make sense of the Lions reaching in the first round at No. 10.

so far for the Pats it's a DT that slides b/c he's got no knee ligaments, a QB that broke sean payton & tony romo's college records, and a center that could have been an undrafted free agent signing.

i've given up trying to determine if these are "good picks" because the Pats continue to be super bowl contenders going on 14 years now, but i shouldn't have expected much more from this weekend i suppose.

Belichick is 62....if he stays healthy, I could see this guy going for Marv Levy territory (72). And a Google image search reveals some pretty funny Marv Levy photos.

Looking at the team by team draft picks it's hard to pick anyone else but the 49ers for the best draft. That should be no surprise. I also liked what the Rams, Steelers, Cowboys, Ravens, Dolphins, and Redskins did. The Browns and Vikings also did very well even if they got lucky to get their QBs late.

The Lions are the one team that I'm really shaking my head on.
