I actually like the new desktop site more than the old one. Pages are much easier to find and less buried in the menus. Everything looks much cleaner too.

I worked there for 5 years, and they were working on this the entire time I was there

Disagree. While a lot of what she said was awful, Those look liked intentionally provoked reactions, possibly to statements made by the worker.

What if the worker said "a slut party girl like you deserved it? Maybe if you weren't so busy blowing guys for $8 behind a bar, your car wouldn't have been towed" and she responded that way?

The way that video is edited seems like there was a very intentional omission of what was being said by that clerk. Couple that with the fact that, frankly, a lot of the people at tow yards ARE scumbags who get off on being assholes to people. Not just run of the mill rudeness or disinterest, but actively terrible to get a rise out of people.

Also, she says she's "in the news." Since when is ESPN the news?
