It was a gorgeous finale, I thought. Maybe one of my favorites in TV history.

I liked it. Worked really well with the themes of the show. And there had to be some sort of payoff. I love that they just fucking went for it. And like others have said, it works because it's not out of left field. They'd done a good job planting it throughout the series.

it does have a payoff, but that doesn't mean i have to like it

Overall, I liked Season One better. But S2 is so fucking good.

Different animals. Freeman and "Biff Tannen" brought a hammy silliness to S1 that I loved.
