I was glad she finally got it, but didn’t care for how she got it. Well, with regards to Gary, anyway. I guess everything else was just SOP. Some definite Trump allusions.
This was the least funny episode of the season. The funeral was the best part.
So, she was only in for one term. Apparently, Jonah actually got elected at some point since he was impeached. Nothing real surprising about the other 2 serving. Surprised Amy ended up with Bill.

Also interesting that Mike was the only one that was a success later on.

No, I just meant from the original circle.

Agreed, the best part was the funeral epilogue. Otherwise I was a little disappointed being the finale and as mentioned probably the least funny of the season.

The finale worked. I laughed several times. JLD was given plenty of Emmy accolades for her work on this show, but the ensemble cast is vastly underrated. This was a great comedy for a long run. I already miss it.

It didn't feel like a finale until the very end of the episode.

Its, hilarious, sad, scary, and so many other adjectives, at how much Donald Trumps last few days in office, would have made for a great ending to Selina Meyers Presidency.....
I can just picture Selina attempting a coup to over turn an election and only a handful of people show up, and her staff completely screwing the whole thing up, people showing up at the wrong place, so on and so on.

Tonight my wife wanted to start a Netflix rom com called Nobody Wants This. It stars Kristen Bell and some dude from Gossip Girl. I wasn’t gung ho, but I love her and had whiskey. Surprise, surprise - Timothy Simons (Jonah from Veep) is on it and steals every scene he’s in. We watched the first 4 episodes. Fellas, this one will build you some equity and not feel like a chore. It’s also better than Soundgarden.

I was in and out while Mrs Wease has been watching. What I love seen looks pretty good. I may give it a shot.

Build the equity, and then maybe Mrs. Wease give you a shot!

This is the only show that ever had a "choke on what I was eating" laugh.
