he knows and just acts like he doesn’t. He doesn’t seem to like saying the albums by name

Is that surprising?

I think it seems pretty common for bands with a deep catalogue.

It was a long time ago, I imagine lots of stuff blends together after a while.
I can see this for plenty of songs but not this one
If you made him think about it for a minute, I'm sure he'd figure it out.

But I'm not surprised he doesn't immediately remember, I don't think that was performative.
Oh yes it certainly was. He also feigned like he didn’t remember which song Stevie recorded on Earthling.

I think he just momentarily vagued out on the name of the song on Earthling, which (again) is pretty par for the course.

I don't think anyone ever got around to ripping and posting this, so here it is - the best possible audio source for the Howard Stern performance (free of Howard Stern).

I was tmotivated to do this after hearing Brett Eliason say on his SOLAT podcast interview that he mixed the audio for the YouTube clips posted. It might just be the refreshing change in feel after overdosing on the 2024 bootlegs making this, but I really enjoyed these performances - SOF and Running might be the definitive versions so far :nice:
