I have a very open mind, but I'm not going to invest a bunch of time in a TV show that announces itself as being crappy/mediocre right out of the gate. Especially when I know the show it spun-off from is garbage. There are too many other, better things I could be watching.E.H. Ruddock wrote:lol. That LV, always an open mind.
I liked the first season. 2 and 3 had their moments. 4 was torture. I think I quit at the beginning of season 5.Strat wrote:Do you like the walking dead?LoathedVermin72 wrote:I watched 10 minutes of the pilot and quit.
Ok. Then why bother with ten minutes? How do you know it didn't get better? You clearly had your mind made up before watching that is was going to suck based on your "show it spun-off from is garbage". I just feel like you knew you weren't going to like it or watch it.LoathedVermin72 wrote:I have a very open mind, but I'm not going to invest a bunch of time in a TV show that announces itself as being crappy/mediocre right out of the gate. No, I figured it would probably be more of the same, but I was really hoping it wouldn't be. I wanted to like it. That's why I tried it for as long as I did, despite hating TWD. But it was definitely more of the same. I don't blame them, though - TWD is massive, so why fix what's not broken?E.H. Ruddock wrote:Ok. Then why bother with ten minutes? Supposedly, she was "in" the initial version of the pilot. It was unclear if she was a character or just mentioned. Strange since Kirkman regretting introducing the CDC in tWD.lowlight79 wrote:I enjoyed that last episode. I think the way this is moving is to the government hysteria point right now. Could Dr.Jenner's wife be working for a CDC in LA?
I bumped the thread for it!bada wrote:Got around to watching the first episode. The main thing I got out of it was I somehow missed an entire season of Hell On Wheels. Didn't even know the new season started and its over!
