you can change it as often as you want

when lament or I go in to run the official game, it'll default to the last lineup used for that team

so if you want to change your lineup just run a simulation with the new lineup and it'll stay like that for the next official game

May I suggest 3 rules?

No player can start all games.
All players must start 1 game.
Automatic 1 game suspension following an ejection.

I'm ok with whatever rules everyone wants to go with. I know Skitch will support the "everyone plays at least one game" rule, since it'll clean up the spreadsheets nicely .

My suggestion would be a limited number of add/drops allowed, either at any time throughout the season or specifically during the All-Star break.

Yes you will. If you want to have a lineup vs LHP and a different one vs RHP I suggest creating two teams with identical rosters and leave one with a rhp lineup and the other with a lhp lineup. It makes things a lot easier that way.

This Delgado/Olerud decision at 1B is gonna be a tough one. It's pretty stupid that you can't toggle DH off/on.

Yeah, your team is loaded pretty much everywhere. I'm lucky I get to plug Donaldson in to fill one of my huge holes from last year. It's just too bad Stroman/Martin didn't work out that well.
