She's got mad chops but I just find her shit boring. I wish she'd just hook up with a legit drummer.

I ended up skipping the El Paso show, but looking forward to Camp Cope on Wednesday down in the Old Pueblo.
They just sent out a scathing IG post about their fans not supporting the opening acts, but we fully expect to arrive late (just in time for CC).

The women of Camp Cope where great, but I got crazy drunk and high.
My wife drove us back, then she didn't talk to me for a few days.

Went to a Camp Cope show last week after reading your recommendations, it was excellent. They don't lose anything live.

Assuming it’s been mentioned here before, but Careless by Paul Kelly (& the messengers!) is one of my favorite songs ever. A true clinic in 3 chord songwriting. Never tire of it.

Dude's a gem for sure (regardless of what Spenno might try to argue!).swan wrote:Assuming it’s been mentioned here before, but Careless by Paul Kelly (& the messengers!) is one of my favorite songs ever. A true clinic in 3 chord songwriting. Never tire of it.
How to Make Gravy has always been one of my all time favourites, and the song doesn't have a chorus, which is kinda weird. Paul Kelly is both a prolific and intriguing songwriter. I believe no less than Bob Dylan once commented that he was the best songwriter going around at a certain time.
