As good as "Evacuation" is, it's a terrible live song because it demands a concerted effort on everybody's part, which is pretty much impossible now, let alone 16 years ago. The version on TBK2000 (Tampa) is the closest they ever got in general, with the Philly 2009 version being the all-time worst (of course I was there - thanks assholes!).

Im going to go ahead and blame Stone again
Listening to this Dead Man now. Guitar sounds pretty cool, you're crazy. Too much distortion? Not even close.

Stone and Mike don't play guitar on Dead Man, that's Ed "ruining" his own "delicate performance".

Well then....its Eddie's fault. I dont think that song should have distorted guitars. It was too loud

So they aired a clip of a recent Jeff interview, reflecting on 25 years of PJ as a band together and what would he miss most if it all ended tomorrow.

He said he would most miss going to the studio to start working on a new record.

Really??? Then fucking do it!!

The Sirius channel had fans vote on their favorite deeper cuts. Here's their list of the top 25 Songs You Never Knew You Loved from the poll. I would have not counted songs that appear on the Greatest Hits collection but that is just me.

PJ radio really loves CD/CoT from Toronto 2011.

Pearl Jam provided this list of 25 songs on Twitter and you had to pick your 5 favorites. So the original list was not fan voted fwiw.

"Tremor Christ - 6.23.10 Belfast, NIR"

I was at this one and IIRC there were several Vedder f*ck ups. Kind of a weird choice of performances.

I've been listening to a lot of Tom Petty Radio lately, and it's striking how much more enjoyable it is listening to that station as compared to PJ Radio. It's like the difference between having professional adults in charge vs. teenage boys.
