Depends. If I'm eating them by themselves, I like to crack them directly into the pan, then lightly scramble as I cook them. Add a little salt and pepper, and voila.

If it's on top of a skillet, poached. Always poached.

Adding milk does nothing but improve scrambled Eggs. LL cool J can suck it.

I concur with tommy, unfortunately.

You're both amateurs, obviously. My scrambled eggs improved tenfold once I stopped adding milk. They also improved once I stopped scrambling them prior to pouring them in the pan.

It is very possible that I would be classified an egg cooking amateur.

I'm not good at cooking anything, but I stand by my scrambled eggs.
