Weirdly the boot seemed to skip or something, because they go right from Blood to Down, but the setlist online has Blood as the main setlist closer, then Arc -> Down to start encore 1
fyi, arc was purposely omitted from all the bootlegs of the shows it appeared on.
...Why? Was it that bad?

ARC was performed 9 times on the tour and no version appeared on a bootleg.

in Dallas, it was introduced as 'an experiment' and it was right at the beginning of the first encore. not on the boot, thankfully!

For MJD's benefit: as it was performed on those occasions in tribute to the nine fans who died during the band's 2000 Roskilde performance, it was left off the bootlegs. I guess Ed felt it would be inappropriate.

Hearing Arc performed to start the Council Bluffs show was incredible and moving.

Encore 2 is pretty great. Better Man with a big chunk of Save it For Later, Daughter where he plays the Footsteps harmonica at the end for a while.

I think most here would agree this is a great setlist
https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/pearl-ja ... 62173.html
They didn't include that he was playing footsteps on harmonica as a daughter tag but it was cool as Ive never heard him do that before

It is and they sounded great. April of 2003 gets its just due here on the forum. 4/21, 4/22 and 4/23 have all gotten lots of play in my stereo, with 4/23 being the best.

Today's sirius XM offering.
I generally like the 2003 shows Ive heard. They have something more special than the 2000 shows IDK what.
Wow though....they're opening with I Am Mine. Never ever heard them do that. This is one of my least favorite PJ songs, but I almost dont mind it in this spot because it gets it out of the way early <_<

I really do like that this tour changes up the openers a bit. There was another one that took place a week ago in 2003 that opened with Present Tense another Ive never heard.

Sluggish Whipping after I Am Mine. This is a very strange start

But seriously I feel like the 2003 tour just invites me in in a way the 2000 tour doesnt. NO IDEA what Im hearing. But I always find myself cold listening to 2000 and listening to this I feel intrigued.

I do have to say that if I was there with casual fans theyd have no idea what any of these songs are, but for a fresh take Im enjoying it.
