avocado toast.
learned a new hack. the avocados i bought were taking too long to ripen. according to the internet, you can take an avocado or a few, and place them in a paper bag with an apple, and it'll speed up the process.
i did just that yesterday with one of them, and i had a nice ripened avocado this morning.

Did this again but added a few drops of vanilla extract and some chopped pecans
