Pee Wee Reese scored the tying run in the eighth coming in from third on an infield single, then knocked in the winning run in the ninth. What a boss.
And this will be my first World Series!

Gotcha. I'm gonna switch up my rotation. I'm (tentatively) going White - Walsh - Cicotte - Lyons.
Also, another huge thanks to you, chud. For those who don't know, chud ran 26 of the 27 days worth of American League games, as well as the ALCS (and now the World Series...we agreed whichever one of us advanced past the LDS wouldn't have to sim their own games).
It's crazy to think of how much we've increased the efficiency of this thing. It used to take almost two hours sometimes in the first one, when every series was a home and home and I was switching platoons for 75% of the teams manually and didn't realize I could click that arrow to swap home and road teams. This has been the smoothest and least time-consuming tournament yet.
