I think Oberyn's spear is somewhat ineffective against Vic; between armor, shield, and a big axe that will likely snap it in half if he makes contact with the shaft. He definitely doesn't want to fight up close against him either. I'm leaning Vic, but only because I'm imagining him as a faster, more skilled, albeit less powerful Gregor.

I have a bias against the Greyjoys just because they are raiders, and I don't picture them having to stand toe to toe vs. A list warriors very often.
