Cool trailer. This is the only Star Wars idea I've been interested in since the Prequels were released. It's awesome that it's actually happening.

Good stuff but I no longer expect a great final product based solely on a good trailer. Jaded optimism instead.

High Inquisitor eating from the same bowl of nachos as Boba, I see.

There were a couple shots that looked cheap-ish, small set, Volume-esque.

yeah, im worried about the volume here, specially after how cheap Fett looked.

But, this is way more special, so im counting with them not fucking this one up.

Aside from the biker gang that shall not be named, I think Fett’s cheap look had more to do with the crew behind the camera than it did the effects work.

Im liking the look and feel of it. Some of those sets look like better/updated areas of the underbelly of Coruscant from Attack of the Clones. A good dose of Tatooine desert.

on a personal note - I am very attracted to Ewan McGregor.

Let's be real, Star Wars is awesome when it's animated. Having a live-action/animation (re: CGI/Volume) hybrid won't be bad on its face. It just increases the chances that it's awesome.

But seriously, folks.... the bottom line? Good story, great performances. No one is gonna care. What I saw in the trailer looks better than both Mando and Fett. The tech will continue to improve.

Lucasfilm who broke every frontier in visual effects and continue to do so, and are spending $12 million an episode, but their tech is behind your tv.

How did that happen?

Politely suggest you go get your eyes checked.

My point still stands. We don’t need to carve up any more beautiful natural landscapes to honor murderers and slave owners !

There will do. The above mentioned three

Next !

I Was never there but I’ll go there someday. Oh to be three

You can’t pick characters you have to pick makers. Think about it.
George is a given. So that’s one. Alan Ladd jr? Who just passed away this week and Star Wars wouldn’t have even got off the page without him.
Ralph McQuarrie? I’m tired of it too but he did design the whole aesthetic.
Marcia Lucas? The one who edited the whole film and actually saved it from the bin? She literally saved the film and the film we know is what she edited.
Frank Oz? Jus cos
