Denver International? That place was great and got to close down two bars with the last locking us IN until our flights were boarding.

I worked for united airlines for a couple of years in my younger days at DIA...I never had a problem with it at the time until the weather was bad whether is was too hot or too cold and with the elevation I had to weight restrict planes and kick half the people off that wanted to fly to aspen..I printed out so many meal vouchers and we would keep some for ourselves and once the plane left we would go to McDonalds and order a shit ton of food..you had to sign the vouchers and I always signed it mick jagger..

There is a baboon in me . . . clambering-clawed . . . dog-faced . . . yawping a galoot's hunger . . . hairy under the armpits . . . here are the hawk-eyed hankering men . . . here are the blonde and blue-eyed women . . . here they hide curled asleep waiting . . . ready to snarl and kill . . . ready to sing and give milk . . . waiting—I keep the baboon because the wilderness says so.

There is an eagle in me and a mockingbird . . . and the eagle flies among the Rocky Mountains of my dreams and fights among the Sierra crags of what I want . . . and the mockingbird warbles in the early forenoon before the dew is gone, warbles in the underbrush of my Chattanoogas of hope, gushes over the blue Ozark foothills of my wishes—And I got the eagle and the mockingbird from the wilderness.

When’s the last time you had to fly home at 9:00 pm on a Thursday night in July? There’s always a delay. Even with the new terminal, that airport is still the worst.

LAX is like its own city. When I was traveling out west often it was primarily JFK > Burbank and LAX > JFK, can't say I had any complaints.

We just got back from our trip. I asked my wife where she’d go next and her 1 and 2 are Greece and Rio.
