Eddie is definitely the best part, and what keeps me coming back to it. His vocals are pretty unique sounding on this song.

The mention of lasers in the "12th Album" thread spurred me to go listen to Speed of Sound, which has aged very well for me. And then Force of Nature, which has always been great. And then The End, which is very good. Backspacer really closes out quite nicely.

Aww, you remembered!

Backspacer is the only vinyl I bought at a Pearl Jam concert.

i don’t collect vinyl, but if I did, I would proudly own Backspacer

I have it. Bought it in New York i think, when it came out. Also got The Fixer single.

While still my "least favorite" PJ record by some margin, I absolutely have the vinyl.

The full-size booklet is pretty cool too. I like how the CD and the LP are exactly the same but at a different scale.
