They’re everywhere! I’d settle for a podcast, even. What a bromance.

I haven’t listened to the box yet, but I do remember that I listened to some show on the radio, and i heard Departure for the first time (it must have been left off Monster). Anyways, it was awesome and my first exposure of what would become New Adventures in HiFi.

Almost all of new adventures was written during soundcheck for the monster tour so they debuted some of the new songs then.

The new RU Talking REM was pretty good and they didn't even play much of the interview with Stipe and Mills, that's coming out later. I always chuckle when AFTP is referred to as Autoerotic Asphyxiation For the People

This is pretty bang on. I had listened to a handful of the remixed songs on YouTube - hated them, but my copy of this arrived yesterday - giving the remix a spin now and as a whole this feels like a new album. Without listening to these tracks in isolation I'm loving this so far

Still not interested in this based on what Let Me In sounded like.

I wish more bands had the balls/pull to do something like this. it's never been my favorite album but I liked it well enough. Now it's pretty amazing.

Yeah it's funny with these guys. Ive always liked them. I actually have really personal connections to Nightswimming from my late teens. But now that I'm older I feel like it just clicks. Phenomenal group who never put out a record that sucked.

Circus Envy and Kenneth remove some buzzing and trem that I enjoy. Tongue removes some nice jangly guitar. I just don't get some of the choices.
