I couldn’t care less about James Beard awards or Michelin stars. All just self-masturbatory fodder. Every industry has some form of the same thing. I’d rather go to a Red Robin and watch bammer make out than sit in some stuffy environment while someone tried to explain to me the chef’s inspiration and courage behind brining and grilling a duck’s foot.

Mine would be the same, except wedges slot in behind crinkle cut.

Curly fries are the goat. They're actually kinda hard to find where I'm from. Sucks.
