Perhaps the biggest storyline of the playoffs is that both series are a matchup of a stats team vs. a non-stats team.

Also, next season someone should post power rankings every few days.

It's kinda expensive. And we can't run a league that's just us, if I remember correctly.

From what I gather, you need 24 teams for a custom league. And it's $13 per team.

Yeah I was reading it just now. There may be a way to do a smaller private league under the themed league settings but it seems complicated.

Yeah, they're not really clear about what your options are with the theme league. We could definitely put year restrictions on it according to the site, but it doesn't seem to have anything about how small the league could be.

Actually, it does kinda look like 24 teams is the minimum for theme leagues too...

Yeah but we don't know what the options are under the League Format menu. It's set to standard in that screenshot, there may be a custom option.

Yeah, but 24 is the minimum for every other league, so I'm inclined to think that the other options are just to make the league bigger.

I agree. 24 is a huge number. I could see them setting it at maybe 8 or even 12. 24 is a lot.

With a bunch of games left, Cash and Powell each had an OPS around 1.000. Powell had 17 HR. I feel like neither was particularly good the rest of the way, but they'll both be in the conversation. I'll update my stats tomorrow, too.
