I got my shipping confirmation today, so when it gets here I will avoid listening to it until nightfall, and then I will get in my car and drive along the lakefront listening to it and cursing my existence.

LTRP is a fun song. I am kinda baffled by how much some people don't like it.

Actually, I am gonna find an empty parking lot and ghost ride the whip to the album in its entirety.

i actually really like the chorus, which has this lazy top 40 oblivion feel to it, but that's where the people who hate the song get off.

I always have a really big anticipation for PJ...not only with the albums, but with their tours too.
The only record i didnt care much was Riot Act, even if i loved I am mine when they played it at the bridge...i dont know why it took me a full month to buy it.

For avocado i was losing my shit and the same with Backspacer...

I think Jeff is probably the unequivocal MVP of this record. First time I'd say that.

I didn't mind. The main LB thread is moving too fast for me to keep up, so it's good to get a little feedback on the full album experience.

Yeah, I think it would be quite interesting to see the result. Seriously, I feel that we are so close now, that it's no big deal to wait that extra few days or so.

Although, I can understand that some might not want to miss out on the action of the LB thread. (I think it would be better to be able to post in there next week, when things have settled down).
