Just color aesthetics, With the blackened paprika on the white shrimp and red cherry tomatoes and green of the zucchini, yellow grits look nicer. White grits to me make it look bleaker than it is.

5 people..I was informed awhile ago that 3 people are coming for dinner and 2 more tomorrow night...I have an idea for tomorrows dinner but I'll have to post it tomorrow in this thread
