I'm pretty sure Eddie sang the anthem before one of the home games for the Bulls. I think it was 6 as there are photos of him in the champagne celebration after the win.
Edit: NVM that was in 98

Rodman turned the game in the third. Three point play, taking a charge, flying up and down the court. All while working the crowd. Incredible energy.

Nate McMillan is sobbing on the bench. Sure, his back is hurt, but he also must know the game is over, and it's not even the 4th quarter yet.

Rodman ties a Finals record with 11 offensive rebounds. He goaded Kemp into some fouls, resulting in Kemp fouling out with 4 to go.
Could anything have prevented this result? I doubt it, but Sam Perkins was absolutely brutal (3/14 and played like he was asleep).

AND WE'RE ON TO GAME 1 OF THE 97 FINALS.
No conflicting feelings for me here. Fuck Stockton and Malone.

Game 1 of the 97 Finals really has it all: Close game throughout, the Mailman choking at the line after the epic Pippen trash talk, Jordan game winner. Tasty.

The Jazz just finished the first half of game 2 with 31 points. Insane.

Hey verb, I feel like watching a Darius Miles-era Blazers game tonight. Wanna watch one with me?

If you want to rewatch a baggy shorts/headband era game let's watch the Iverson step over in game 1 against the Lakers. Or a Gilbert Arenas buzzer beater game.

Since I'm rewatching 97 right now I want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that Karl Malone is human garbage:

Inspired by verb I watched game 1 Sonics/Bulls. Random thoughts I can add:
Marv Albert was fantastically savage. At one point Marv mentioned how Phil Jackson keeps referring to the Sonics defense as a zone in hopes of getting some illegal defense calls. Matt Guokas chimes in with a "I thought he was calling it a 'zen' defense." Marv: "Very good. Matt working on that for several days."
Bill Walton was extremely critical of players. Definitely don't hear national TV color commentary like that very much these days.
At one point Marv told mentioned the 1979 Finals which feels like an eternity ago, but I realized that's really the equivalent of a commentator today mentioning the 2003 finals, and now I feel old.
Shoe game report, both Jordan and Pippen earn an A+ in this one. I'll give a slot edge to Pippen in this one, but both are timeless.

And here were Shawn Kemp's. Another classic.
