This game is obviously great, so I’m coming here to bitch about stuff.

The temples are 99% puzzle, 1% emenies. Come on man make them harder.

There seems to be less around. I defeated a blue. A white hit me for about 15 hearts with a single swing.
Literally everyone I fight takes off all of my hearts in a single swing

Have you been to the fairies yet for upgrades?

I have n they keep saying they’re not strong enough to help.

No idea wtf I’m doing wrong
Did you do the quests to make the Great Fairys open their hut? Each one wants to hear an instrument. You've got to complete all 4 before you can upgrade your items to the max.

Yeah did all that. It was a chore tbh but got em done.
I might be missing one maybe. Did four I think
If the fairy says they can upgrade to "the max" then you got them all and finished all those quests. There's 4 Great Faires ( and 1 Horse Fairy).

None of them I’ve visited have said that.

It’s the horse fairy I’m missing. Thank you. I’ll find her.

Same. Every time. I find the sticky elixers handy for this. But they don’t let you jump up you climb up. You have to do it slow the whole way.

Will say the climbs aren’t as long or as steep as in BOTW I find. Better designed to give you a chance to get up with little steps for breathers here n there

Two left to do (and a million side quests)

Might just go run around for the next few days

The horse fairy is it's own thing. It doesn't have any impact on the Great Fairies or the ability to upgrade items.

What triggered the endgame? I don't want to do that quest or visit that location by accident.

Someone was talking about complaints. The gameplay is fucking amazing. And the more I learn about it it is apparently quite a remarkable technical feat. But some of the story, general aesthetic and some of the characters and the voice acting is very weird, cutesy and childish. I can’t complain if something is aimed towards children but the gameplay clearly is not. It’s a hard game in many aspects so why not make it Aimed a little more towards a more mature player base

Datamine shows TotK Amiibo Zelda and Gannondorf, which have not been announced yet, have unique items not available anywhere else in TotK. Maybe being released at the same time as the DLC?

Meant to say, I got to the end of the world last night.
The depths under that little tiny island on the bottom right of the map

There’s something to be done or found under there but I couldn’t figure out what it was n couldn’t hang around.
You can see out of the very corner of it but you can’t get to it if that makes sense.
Worth having a look when you’re down there

Kinda wanted to see if you could run all the way back under the ocean in the depths all the way back to the nearest land but it was 3am and I hadn’t the head for that

You get Midna's Mask after you complete the combat challenge. It's one of the best masks, especially while in the depths.
