I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

White trash bullshit is just as bad as whatever ethnic paint colors you were imagining on the previous page.

Yes that was the implication of my humble admission
You are still on team B. You are my enemy.

Interesting how Trag assumes we all think his neighbors are white because they go to college

That's OK. I find HOAs to be condescending, racist holdovers from the red-line era, and the two families that we're attacking are both immigrant families who don't speak English as a first language. My inconsiderate ass will sleep just fine tonight.

I'd also add that the HOA threatened a $3000 for fines our yard when the only signs in yards were Black Lives Matter signs.

Getting mad at a dev ban is like getting mad at your winning lotto ticket

Thats what you get for buying a home built in the past 50 years.

We're doing a lot of new stuff to our apartment and I'm so excited about all of it.
Most of the space is painted. Just have to do the kitchen area and then we get started adding in all the fun stuff. A new bar, a new tall kitchen table/island, new lights, new shelves.
Once all of that is finished and I'm back to work we're going to DIY the record/turntable nook so that it has a padded seat and new storage.
We've lived in this apt for 12 years (longer than I've ever lived in a single place) this April and it feels like a brand new space. It's like moving and upgrading without the moving.

My buddy recently replaced his back yard grass with Dream Turf. I checked it out today and it’s fucking awesome.
Want.
He paid $15k and based on yard size I’d probably be looking at $50k.
I started laying the foundation with Mrs. Bam on how to pay for it...

We got a quote for vinyl siding and new windows (7 double hung + two picture windows) last week. The quote came back higher than I expected, but we started talking about it and were coming around to the idea of biting the bullet and stretching the budget a bit to get it done once and for all.
Then I realized there was a second page to the PDF and page one was just the windows.
Currently talking myself into painting the house and watching DIY window replacement tutorials.

the price of windows is ridiculous. the worst part is that the windows don't increase the overall value of the home.

They do help insulation and heating/cooling costs.
Anyway, Covid supply chain issues have impacted windows big time.
