Two doses and a booster is still cheaper than HPV, menincoccal B, or pneumococcal series.

I don't agree with the price hike, but there are bigger villains in the pharmaceutical industry. Hell, Bancel's probably evil for some other awful decision.

Oh yes please sign me up to pay for a covid vax booster that I no longer need for travel, employment, etc.

As a 42 year old in good health I can’t wait to die suddenly of a heart attack.

Can you still spread HPV(of the variants covered by the vaccine) after getting the vaccine? Seems like literally the entire selling point.

Leaky vaccines should be sold at a discount, right?

You are smarter than this argument.

It's not an argument. It's a prioritization.

Dr Wen working harder than anyone to “reframe” the narrative of the last few years:

We are overcounting covid deaths and hospitalizations. That’s a problem.

Did she ever acknowledge her drastic change of direction or explain why her thinking changed? Funny how she's COVID hysterics number one enemy now.

Do you have like a three to five sentence synopsis of that? Looks like the author is validating the model, not the data, and Mass. did change how they count last winter because of over-counting concerns.

Decent read as well, slowly admitting what is pretty obvious at this point:

I read it, it's this:

"Even when I’m at work in the ER, I can’t tell whether someone who died while infected with SARS-CoV-2 died because of Covid or not, or to what extent (it’s not all-or-none). I simply have to look at the population-level data. That’s why I study excess mortality; it cuts through the subjectivity that comes with assigning causes of death. "

I don't understand this part of it. Unless I am misunderstanding the term, it seems like 'excess mortality' data is the result of statistical modeling which means it's actually pretty subjective.

If all the people posting on this page of the thread right now ended up in a dark alley and got into a fight, which side would Bi_3 be on?

I mean, Bammer, Bi_3, and schoolboy vs. B, spike, and Peeps, but who cares. We're all lovers, not fighters.

That'd be like tossing a badger into a box of puppies.
