If the girls do not consent to being seen showering by this person and to be exposed to this adult's body, who compromises under your assertion?

The reason this is such a contentious issue is that I could go to the gym today, walk right into the womens locker room with naked women showering, join them and assert that I am pre-op trans woman and if anyone gets upset I’m in there, I’m the victim now.

I don’t think anyone should be naked in front of others, ever. What’s the difference what parts someone has if they’re staring at your naked body?

This scenario is solved by giving all people non-gendered spaces with individual bathing areas. Costly and burdensome on facilities, but a way to assure everyone of their respect.

Tommy I think you should consider some naked people are not comfortable around other naked people, particularly of a different sex. They deserve respect too.
