Ran a 5k in 29 minutes with no training and pushing a stroller. I'm thrilled!

yesterday it was 6.5 km in almost 36 minutes. slower than usual.

Nice job on the 5K M_D! That's a nice time, especially running behind a stroller.

We skipped fall again this year. Went from shorts and tank top weather to tights and layers in less than a week. I like winter running but wasn't quite ready yet.

How come fat Canadian Dev refuses to join the Strava group?

Been running almost exclusively on the treadmill lately. It's really wearing me out. Need to make it a point to get outside for at least one run a week no matter how miserable the weather.
