Seriously, LV, you've got RM obligations.

I'm really sorry, guys. I'll try to do better. Maybe another live-post should happen soon.

that doesn't seem like that much. I logged about 200 or 300 in Skyrim. Was that just the main questline or did you do a lot of the side stuff as well?

A tad glitchy (some clipping and occasional collision detection issues) but it's still a blast. Hope they decide to re-release more from those early games.
I got it too...damn high score on Venice Beach.
haha yeah it's hard to string together those mega combos in the pipe without the revert. I might pick up the Revert DLC but I read that the move is only available for use in the 3 levels that come with the DLC, not the other levels.
DLC is the worst

I did a lot of side stuff. Maybe it's a matter of quality of the content during that time. Game has a big filler problem, and by the end I don't think it was very fulfilling.
I didn't make it 30 minutes into Skyrim. God I hate Bethesda.

Picked up Far Cry 4 this weekend. I've never played an entire Far Cry game.

I spent days playing this - just going around exploring - blowing shit up, liberating camps etc - tried to move onto a certain section of the map and it told me I couldn't till I'd done a certain amount of missions. I had completely forgotten that there were missions to do - I'd just gone of and done my own thing like I was Chris Kyle in New Orleans or something

I know, right? When Mike posted about it a few weeks ago, I didn't think that I'd be having this much fun with it. I'm playing classic and have gotten as far as level 14 (of 16), I think, and have died in so many messed up ways. There's certainly a level of frustration involved, but overall I'm having a good time,

I've been playing for 2 days and the furtherest I've gotten is level 9. I haven't been able to build a shortcut to that level yet, so I'm still trudging through the jungle.

Loving the Spelunky appreciation. I managed to beat the game a few days ago but only with a shortcut from level 9 on. (Or maybe it was from level 5, I'm not sure anymore.) Working on beating the game without using a shortcut. I managed to get to the last level like that but then died in some stupid way. Yesterday I managed to get to level 10 or 11 with about 5-6 lifes, 30 bombs, around 8 ropes and a cape. A yeti threw me against a wall 5 times and every time I bounced right back into his arms.

Fucking Spelunky.

I tried getting into Spelunky on a long flight but it wasn't doing it for me. I should give it another whirl.

Are you guys playing with the keyboard or with a gamepad? Playing with my PS3 controller made controlling the game so much easier for me.

On my PS3. The one thing that pisses me off about the controls is that I feel like whipping when jumping doesn't work very well? I almost always get hit when I'm trying to smack the bats.

Ah, so you're playing the HD version? I totally need to buy that some time. Using the rope while jumping works for me but I think the HD-Edition has a newly programmed engine so I don't know if there's a difference.

Yeah, HD. Not sure if there are any gameplay differences, really. I haven't been very into platformers (even though I get one of them every month with PS+), but this may break down that wall for me.

I'm playing with a keyboard as i don't have a gamepad. It would probably be easier with one, I'm sure, but I'm not having too much trouble other than with some tricky jumps or hitting the wrong key at the wrong time.
