Congrats Lament! Although you could have let up a bit at the end to make the World Series a bit more exciting.

It became pretty apparent about halfway through the season that the American League was going to destroy the National League in the World Series.

that is because the AL has always been better than the NL. The NL sucks.

Right now the NL is actually stronger.

It's harder than ever to compare the two leagues, I think.

The NL Central is by far the best division in baseball. And the NL West ain't bad either.

The leagues are completely different right now. The NL has probably the 3-4 best teams in the league and the 5-6 worst teams in the league. The AL is just well balanced top to bottom.

How do people feel about next time doing three game series instead of two, and alternating between having the AL play one day and the NL the next? That might make it easier for people who want to run multiple teams, and every series will have a clear winner each day.

By 2018 we're just gonna have every franchise and play along with the actual MLB schedule.

We have 2 weeks to figure out how to make this happen in time for this year.

What are the candidates for next tournament?
Pre-1947?
Franchise Tournament v.3 (post-2016)?

We should research the pay option. If it means better bullpen, pinch hitter control, I'd chip in. Stats would probably keep themselves too.

The amount of at bats my bullpen had really pissed me off.

Wow. The level of detail is sick. Pinch hitter hierarchies - vs L, vs. R - need power, need contact. Defensive hierarchies. Rest hierarchies. Baserunning aggressiveness. Pinch counts, Grady Little stats. $13

$13 is worth it for stat tracking alone.
