The media types were making it seem like it was all Wentz, and with him down the Eagles were done. Yeah, except they had one of the best running games in the league, one of the best run defenses in the game / and overall defenses. Control the game, don't make turn overs. The TEAM played really well all year allowing Wentz to flourish into a possible MVP. Wentz was Great, but the team has played just as good all year.

yep, very solid team top to bottom. and some of the plays pederson designs are superb.

still, foles is the linchpin. if he melts down in the big game, i don't think they can overcome that against NE.

Yet, Andy Reid has a small hand in this season.

Pederson was Andy Reids first QB (McNabbs rookie year)
Reid drafted Foles in his last year with Philly (man that feels like forever ago)
Pederson got his start in coaching at the NFL level, under Reid in KC.
Reid talked Foles out of retiring last year to come play in KC.
Duce Staley is still on the Eagles coaching staff. Played and coached under read, Kelly kept him on, as did Pederson.
