currently considering whether I should be letting my cautious pleasure with this album progress to unbridled love
it's love or hypomania
why not both?
thank you Bob Honey

I’m missing the Bob Honey reference? (several times)
Let go and enjoy. This is a really wonderful piece of music; beginning to end.

I believe that with all my heart. Gigaton absolutely belongs with the best of PJ, and I think that includes everything from Ten - Riot Act. How people rank those albums is all about taste, mood, experience, etc. But each of these albums can legitimately be dissected and applauded on their merits and also thoroughly enjoyed by the listener. I’m not sure any legitimate argument can be made for the other three, though I generally enjoy S/T.

Thanks for clarifying, I’d never get that reference.

Just some fun stats.
Gigaton on Amazon physical
1. Cd version
3. Lp Version
Digital Sales on Amazon
3. Gigaton
iTunes Album Sales
1. Gigaton explicit
50. Gigaton clean version
193. Rearviewmirror Greatest Hits
YouTube views, this is before the midnight release
Quick Escape- 357k
SBWM Video- 1 million
SBMW Audio- 807k
Dance Mach 3- 1.8 million
Dance Mach 2- 2.3 million
Dance Mach 1- 1.8 million
Dance Audio- 2 million
So have fun with that.
I expect that a couple of other PJ albums will enter the ITunes 200 tomorrow.
And it could be the number 1 album this week. Hard to predict with how Billboard decides things these days. Childish Gambino, The Weeknd, and Dua Lipa are all competing for the top spot.

I still can't get over how much SBWF stinks
The only firm skipper on the album for me.

It’s falling in my rankings too, but moreso because the rest of Gigaton keeps growing in my esteem, and my familiarity with SBWM is no longer an advantage. I’m finding the same thing happening with Dance (to a lesser degree).

No, are you kidding. Dance is brilliant.
I want a whole "concept" album full of Dances.
