i have a co-worker that spends nearly $50 a week on pumpkin spice lattes. surprisingly, he's not terribly overweight.

I quit my ridiculous iced coffee habit cold turkey about 6 months ago and my waist line thanks me.

When someone says "it does that thing where" and then proceeds to tell me what it does. For example:

"they do that thing where they release half of the items and delay the other half to get better results"

Just tell me they release half of the items and delay the other half to get better results.
