Excellent!
Whilst I fully appreciate this anecdote and agree it is a solid addition to this thread, may I request that we don't post any NBA spoilers of any sort outside of the NBA thread until at least 12 hours after gametime? Play-offs are serious business at my house while Boston are still alive.

Fam had a media blackout today (game was 330am our time) and all sat down at 430 this arvo to watch together.

Like I said, serious business.
Of course, let's go Celts!
fuck man, so sorry. didn't mean to spoil the outcome
Spoiler: show
I wanna gay your cock up

dad wrote:took a magnificent crap this morning. the kind where our own doug rr said you feel like a new person afterward.

10/10 exit, minimal paperwork, girthy af.

i feel strong right now, like i can push a Plymouth Duster uphill.
this wasn't quite bottom-paged but was close and it deserves visibility

After an up-and-down AM, I've settled down nicely this afternoon. Zero activity to report, and, dare I say I feel a little lighter even. All around, a tough Monday though.

I've ate and drank well today, so I'm hoping to shed this recent water weight and become regular again. The workout tonight will help, too.

As you get older, you just can't put your body through hell like you could in your 20s.

The poop doesn't lie and reveals all your sins.

which is why i'm a big believer in drinking water throughout the day. it's surprising how much it helps.

Indeed, it's good for weight loss, skin health, your heart, other organs, etc. Filling up now, dad.

They say the body is 90% water, so I don’t see why I have to drink it much.

Oh no sweat - you didn't spoil anything. I hadn't been in the thread until after watching the game anyway, it just scared me when I saw "what could have been".
Spoiler: show
I've gone all blushy and stuff. Why is my belly all a-tingle?

Oh wait - I've gotta go shit, that's what it is.

I too ride this train. I drink far too little water, I'm sure.
