I would totally go to the theater to listen to the new record. It's something different to do.

Then I’ll go kiss my daughter and do the dad thing. It just has to be better than LB (low bar) and it will be the soundtrack to my summer anyway.

Good times await.
Dude that basement studio sounds awesome

This is 100% me

As a dad, I’d buy a ticket and bring earplugs so I could lay in the dark and nap for 40 minutes.

It's def a work in progress. All the guitars and amps are down there as well. We also have a guest bed (it's a large basement) - I'm trying to create a vision for making that level a guest suite AND the place for both listening and creating. Some guys have sports themed man caves, and while I love my teams, I really would rather have my cave be more of a studio feel, while doubling as another guest room.

Has that theater event been confirmed? The link in that tweet goes nowhere for me

Well, people have successfully purchased tix for theaters in their area through the Regal Cinemas site.

Really funny not to hear anything officially from the band on this, but I guess we should be used to that.

I have a Model 3. My folks have a Model Y, which I like more (especially because dual motor). My current dream vehicles though are the electric Ford F150 Lightning and the just-announced Rivian R3.

If I had to rank those three by expected sound quality for Pearl Jam listening, Imma go:

Model Y
Rivian R3
Ford F150 Lightning
