Breaking news: Hulk Hogan is actually a piece of shit. Who knew?
i heard on the radio this morning that the interview was from a few years ago and he was referencing the booker t interview from wcw...not sure if that's all there is to it though
That's not it at all. There's a recording of him explaining why he doesn't like his daughter's current boyfriend:
Hulk Hogan wrote: "My daughter Brooke jumped sides on me. I spent $2-3 million on her music career, I've done everything like a jackass for her...I don't know if Brooke was fucking the black guy's son...I mean, I don't have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, fucking n-words. But then when it comes to nice people and shit, and whatever...I mean, I'd rather if she was going to fuck some n-word, I'd rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n-word worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player! I guess we're all a little racist. fucking n-word."
But, uh, as you'd imagine...he didn't say "n-word."
It's like artie on beer league when he says he's gonna cut down on racism by saying n word instead of the actual n word

Maybe this is a work to set up a booker t match at summer slam

Well, he said it while in bed and not knowing he was being recorded.

Well they had him tap to Cena, and Monday he was part of the jobber brigade they used to break up the Lesnar-Taker fight. Cena is moving on o a feud with Rollins, and Owens seems to be set up for a feud with Cesaro.

To me, it seems like Owens has been bumped down to the "good worker" section of the Midcard that guys never escape from.
i wouldn't mind seeing a feud with him and cesaro, but would like to see it in the context of a top tier push for both of them

Yeah, it's probably more like "we have nothing else for either of these guys and they could probably fill 20 minutes on the PPV."

i really like rollins, but have been disappointed with his title run...and i mostly blame creative

i will admit he's a little green, and can overact at times...but i do think he was deserving of the title

It's all creative. Rollins has been having good matches, and when he's not made to look cowardly it has come off well.

Definitely, but not Rollins fault. Having Cena basically say that the US title means more than the World Title because of who holds each was a terrible decision.

Some thoughts on the last few pages...

KO losing was not that big of a deal. I kinda figured he might. But he should have passed out and not tapped. It makes no sense to bury him but if you told me after WM 30 that Cesaro would be buried I would have thought you were crazy. They have buried people worse. Wyatt, Dolph and Cesaro should all be a bigger deal. How they have booked Wyatt has been embarrassing.

The PPV was ok. I don't understand how you don't include your most over babyface (Ambrose) but what do I know.

KO v Cesaro at Summerslam is the rumor? I mean it will be great and all but what does it all mean, Basil? What is that fight even for? I heard someone suggest a main event of a fatal four way of Cena/Rollins/Owens/Cesaro. First fall gets the US title (so lets say it's KO) and the guy who takes the fall is eliminated...lets say that is Cesaro. Then the winner of the next fall wins the world title. If that unifies the belt so be it. But that might build a new star and heaven forbid that happens. :shake:

I don't hate Cena. My problem with him is his character. It has just never evolved. My all-time favorites are guys who are able to be a heel or a face effectively or be able to adapt their character. Guys like Savage, Foley, Sting (hence character adaption), etc. Cena is a fantastic pro wrestler in a lot of ways. I am not and never will be a fan per se but not a hater. I hate Orton. He has been awful for five years. I don't understand why he gets pops. He is incredibly boring as a face. A natural heel because he is a douche bag.

I actually have enjoyed the title run Rollins has had. He is playing the chicken shit heel very well. Not as well as Punk did in 2012 or Orton did in 2013/2014 but still pretty good. He overacts but I think that might be what he is going for. My biggest problem with Rollins is his attire. He looks silly. I don't see what is wrong with this Rollins.

Seriously. So stupid.

HHH feels that way as well. That guys make the title not the other way around. How in the hell do you build next stars then? It will be interesting to see ratings the next few months. I can totally understand why casuals would be turned off right now. Ratings this fall/winter might be the worst they have ever been. Would not shock me at all. If you look at the worst times in WWE the last four years it's been when Bryan has been hurt or without Punk. Hmmmmm.

They missed the boat on this......

The GF went overboard and got me the Punk, Savage and Bryan ones. I'll have to grab the Sting and Flair ones. Punk and Savage are on my work desk.

They are making a mini Shiek one so that will be purchased at some point. If yall have not seen his doc do so. Very good.

So....John Cena's nose was pretty nasty lol

i havent seen what he is going to have to do for it but i would imagine he will be wearing the Cody Rhodes mask and possibly need surgery to repair it.

it looked like he put a bit extra into the STF to end the match, id imagine even though it wasnt on purpose im sure he was pissed at Rollins lol

I doubt Rollins did it on purpose. I am surprised this sorta thing doesn't happen more.

It definitely costs you respect in the locker room, though.
