Every time I see that fucking Salt Life logo, I have to do a double take. The font(?) is just odd enough it reads to me as Slut Life, then I wonder about the hotness of the chick driving said Slutmobile. Then I realize again it says Salt and I ponder on how fucking stupid that font(?) is.

Ruddo might be living in the wrong city since he has such a dislike for Columbia PFG, Salt Life, and Yeti. Can I recommend an inland community?

I'm not saying it isn't unnecessarily pricey but Yeti makes some cool shit.

Or maybe being stranded at the Yeti store in Austin for two hours brainwashed me. At least they have beer on tap there, amirite?

I buy the cheapest coolers that Wal-mart offers, and Yeti performs a shit ton better than those.

I go to the beach all day with my igloo or Coleman or whatever i have and never have an issue. I’m not paying $300 bucks for a cooler that fits a six pack

I have no idea on Yeti products specifically, but I can absolutely vouch for the value of a good quality esky. Thick sides, lots of space and most importantly a lid locking system that really squeezes the lid down firm.

I have a big old blue coleman Outer Mark poly esky with steel latches to secure the lid. Had it for about 10 years and its never failed me. Ice will last in it for 4 days. Fits 10 mud crabs in it with room for your fishing beers so you can grab them without getting nipped. Can't even remember what I paid for it but it was well worth it.



And wheels on an esky just take up valuable space that could be better used for beers. Harden the fuck up and carry the thing.
