It's brutal.

Glad the warm air and rain is coming Wednesday.

Wash away the snow.

We need to recruit more weight loss RMers....bikini season approaches.

Yikes, 152.3 yesterday.

Looking a little frail, weak and sick.

Adding protein and more weights.

massive anaconda, like triple, quadruple coil, full thickness

You guys ever work out too hard, not enough after, and wake up feeling kind of hungover the next day?

I've def pushed myself to work out when I was feeling kinda weak and needed to stop the workout.

I will say that I had to run to a parking lot last night and this AM I woke up with a very sore groin.

Getting old is fun!

152.0 today. BMI = 23.1

Getting dumped by GF and stopping drinking = weight loss

Mmmm

for me usually not hangover feeling if not eat enough

more the opposite, if I eat after 8pm basically I feel noticeably crappier the next day

oh gotcha, I get it, yep, you gotta eat, probably a little more, after a workout

152.3 today

solid solid weigh in - even added that to the New PJ album thread.
