I'm down for the Finals in late September/early October.

Fuck that. Middle of summer isn't nba season. Just cancel and concentrate on next year. This year's champion would always have an asterisk anyway

I'm excited to have any sport to watch in August (baseball ain't coming back). I don't agree about the asterisk, as stated above.

Bammer's caveat applied here.
Going into October? Hmph. This post may not age well.

I just want sports, very glad the season isn't being cancelled. Yet.

I've pretty much lost interest in football, so the NBA can go year round as far as I'm concerned.

Won't the virus be rolling death again by October?

It's a career wrap for Vince Carter if the Hawks aren't in whatever it is they are doing.

Are the playoffs going to be the same? That always feels stretched out but with no travel time I'm sure that will condense each series.
I like this idea; it could be a fun watch. If, of course, it doesn't all fall down because of an outbreak.
Between this & soccer Orlando would become the center of the US sports universe for a couple months.

If they manage to play a full playoff schedule, then I don't see why there would be an asterisk.

Only if a team is ravaged by the virus, or if key players need to be taken out and quarantined.

There will always be an asterisk. This is literally going to be Mickey Mouse garbage.

Every season since 1998 has had an asterisk for you!
