this is why I wish hed have just said "i had a bad game" instead of "my thumbs really hurt" 3 days ago... cause when ya go from "his thumbs really hurt / he might need surgery / i dont know when he'll be back into the lineup" to a 3 homer game... it looks like someone was not as injured as he was saying lol

and Dee Lite / Groove Is In the Heart is totally cranking over the Phillies PA. LOVE that bass line
BOOTSY!!!!!

ya didnt need to post the gif did ya? lol
good thing I picked up Dee Brown to backup SS/2nd as my 2nd baseman might not be playing for awhile after that one.
Infante sucks, Heath Bell did you a favor.
Did I really say Dee Brown instead of Dee Gordan? LOL and ya didnt even catch it!
bonus Infante gets hurt, Gordan hits a HR! gotta love when that happens

yeah okay Ill give ya that with Braun, still dont know why 4% of Yahoo leagues didnt have Miggy in the lineup the other day lol. Did that many people move him to the bench on the day the Tigers had off and forget to put him back in the lineup? just crazy.

I actually don't know what your talking about. I remember the Dee Brown who was a terrible outfielder for the Royals... like... ten years ago?

I actually do vaguely remember that Dee Brown... because of that, I assume he played for the Raptors at some point, which would explain why I've heard of him.

I'm pretty sure baseball Dee Brown was a high draft pick/big time prospect and turned out to just be really bad.

Well the Braves' pitching has looked really good to start the season. No way it's going to hold up as strong but there's no one I hold my breath with when I see them start. And with Minor and Floyd coming there may actually be a bit of logjam in the rotation. A good problem to have though and these things tend to work themselves out. Now if they can just start hitting a lick...
Last night they started a run of 16 straight games mostly in prime time with no off days. It's finally going to feel like baseball season is here for real now.

The Jays are off every Monday in April, and I hate it. Off days are the worst... luckily, they play 30 games in May, so that's something to look forward to!

Fun with super early in the season stats:
The Brewers and Nationals are tied at 6-2 for the best record in baseball. All four of those combined losses were to Atlanta.

Here's Astros reliever Josh Zeid applying sunscreen to his arms... you know, just in case the Jays decide to open the roof.

Most of that stuff has more a psychological effect to the user than an actual effect to the ball. Raising the seams on the other hand...

I don't think many people genuinely care. It's just kind of stupid how blatant some pitchers have become about it.
