It's finally here

There are a lot of different formats available this time, including a US$90 cassette version (we are a target market)

I'm really liking 'If You Say The Word' - it's almost criminal how much good stuff Radiohead must still have in their vaults.

I pretty much don't know Radiohead at all. All that I can think of is Creep. And I can't say I've ever even tried to know Radiohead. I think it's time.

I didn't know High and Dry is Radiohead. I think I liked Planet Telex more than The Bends.

I'd say go chronologically.

Man I'm jealous of you getting to 'discover' Radiohead's discography virtually from scratch.

I just did the same with Talking Heads

Fake Plastic Trees is about half over and my excitement for this album has waned, a bit.

A couple songs later, things are looking up.

Oh I think I've heard this one before.

Things are moving along nicely. Don't fuck it up #8.

By the end of #9 through #11 I was starting to fade a bit. Street Spirit brought me back in to finish the album off strong.

That was pretty good. After first listen, here's my attempt at ranking the songs.

I'm worried the further I go, the less I'll hear songs like my top 5 here.

Take your time. As a more casual Radiohead admirer, I can say too much to fast can be draining. I agree it is best chronologically. OK Computer and In Rainbows are my two clear favorites, but I also really enjoy Kid A and The Bends. Last time around also really liked Hail to the Thief.

All the albums are really good (Pablo Honey is good but can seem a bit bland and kind of recycling of the same vibe that was happening at the time).
