Season 2 wasn't as good as 1 but I still liked it. Underappreciated show.

I saw an episode of this on Sunday night. I'd never watched it before. My wife and I both lost it a couple of times.
So fucking brilliant. I haven't watched any new episodes in a while but I really love it.
The kids are so funny, but in totally different ways.

Season two is the final season? That fucking sucks. I'm about three episodes from the end.

For a show that's been up & down for it's run New Girl has been pretty good this season.

I think I'm two episodes behind. But I've loved this season so far.

Wow I couldn't imagine it being good enough to make up the last few seasons. That show was ruined for me.

Seasons 1 & 2 are great. Season 3 is wonky but has some great highs. Season 4 was better the second time through. I actually liked it a lot more the second time. And this season has been wonderful so far.
Yeah, I'm a fan. When did you jump ship?

It was a steady decline, but I couldn't finish the last season.

Watching Bob and David. Is it weird to say Odenkirk's acting is way too good for a sketch show?

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I think it heightens the enjoyment. Were you a fan of Mr. Show? His dramatic chops have improved considerably, and he's able to bring a sort of believable oddball quality to the new incarnation. Also David Cross is less snarky and more unabashedly silly. I think it makes for a better show, hopefully they'll do more episodes.
I never watched it. This is funny though.

The Bridge, season 1 (the original swedish/danish version). It was better than True Detective.

Biff Pocoroba wrote:The finale of American Crime had been on my dvr for a couple of weeks but I just watched now. Not the one about OJ, it was the ABC series about a sexual assault that involved students from a private school. Great show, only ten episodes. Very well written and performed. Lots of one thing that lead to another with several twists and reveals along the way. A couple of the subplots late in the run weren't as interesting as the main story but still very watchable throughout, even if got to be uncomfortable viewing at times. Dialogue heavy with many conversations filmed mostly in close up. Some storylines wrapped up, some were left open ended.
One irritation: when the actors cursed the screen blinked black to edit out the words. Annoying.
Nice to see my favorite show this season was renewed. Being an anthology next year will be completely different but man was this one fantastic.
