Me neither...theplatypus wrote:I didn't realize they sold vinyl at Target.
Yeah, I was pretty surprised too. They had like five or six different new releases, and probably five to ten copies of each. I think Lightning Bolt was like $31.99. I have no idea if that's a good price or not though. But the soft pretzels are $2.49. For $3.29 you can get the Pretzel Combo, which comes with a drink. It's a pretty good deal, especially if you're just loitering and you refill your drink three or four times.theplatypus wrote:I didn't realize they sold vinyl at Target.
I think they do. But soft pretzels are literally my single favorite food in the world, so I'm biased.dprival78 wrote:these pretzel rolls seem to be all the rage these days, but i've yet to partake.
do they live up to the hype?
As much as people whined about the quality of that free CD that we got with Pearl Jam, I thought that was a great bonus for paying the extra $5 that it costs to get a CD from Ten Club. If they're not going to give us a special edition, I wish they'd go back to something like that. I'm quite disappointed to have gotten so little for my exclusive Ten Club edition.Rangi Guy wrote:So it seems 10 Club has really just stopped caring.... I sent them this Email yesterday after my wander into town
Hi there,
I'm just wondering - is there any difference between the LP version of
Lightning Bolt I ordered through the 10 Club and the one that I can buy at
the local music store? The reason I ask this is because while wandering
the streets during my lunch break - I noticed that the record store has
several copies of the Lightning Bolt LP for sale and I'm still without the
copy I had ordered (Order #4xxxxxx) which was shipped back on the 10th.
Thank you for your time
Dave
And the entirety of the Email I got back was....

Re: Lightning Bolt query (request #24870)
No difference.
Fuck you 10 Club!
This is a quality solution to pretty much every problem.stip wrote:they should send everyone a soft pretzel

I haven't, but I'm always tempted to go in there to try to get them to just sell me the bun. I'm a vegetarian, so there's really not much I can have them put on it, but I still want that damn bun. I was tempted to do the same thing at Sonic when they had the pretzel bun for their hot dogs over the summer.stip wrote:Have you tried the pretzel bun sandwiches at Wendy's?
I thought so too until I went to Boston last year. Somehow I fell in love with pretzels after a night out.BurtReynolds wrote:exactly.WtOB? wrote:pretzels are gross.
