thought I'd weigh more, but I will take this. had a bunch to eat late night but it was a salad, so maybe that helped.

pee could be better. will hydrate more.

Down 68 pounds total, flirting with dropping below 250. I have a 6-month follow-up with my PCP next Friday; as I said at my 3-month follow-up, it’s very strange still having an appointment on the books and not feeling anxious about it.

been focusing on fiber

more aerobic exercise last couple days

have not had a drink in a couple weeks

feelin' OK

will see what tomorrow holds

close to the high 160s - not sure I've seen you that low, very nice work, numbers

maybe skip your next 7-8 meals and see if you can snag a nice 168???

I remember hitting 150.5 last year and feeling a little shaky. Looked like a skeleton, too.
