I just tuned in when he was arguing against drafting articles over obstruction of justice before letting Trump go to court to actually obstruct in a legal setting. I'd read a bit about this theory when the inquiry first began, and while I'm no expert, it seems like a sound legal argument.

What I'd read prior is that obstruction of justice only applies when the accused has obstructed pursuant to orders from the judicial branch. Taking that at face value, it seems like a fair defense.
