I watched the first ep. It was good. I really liked it.

We all expected this, didn't we?
I mean since the project was originally designed and pitched as a Boba Fett series, yeah. JF not only wanted him to be in the first season, he wanted the show to be ABOUT him. So, yeah, this is perfect. Virtually everyone predicted he would be an antagonist in S2. Makes perfect sense.dimejinky99 wrote:durdencommatyler wrote:Nah.

This early though:/
To be fair, though, Palpatine's return isn't explained and feels a little out of left field. And I say that as someone who likes TROS more than most and doesn't really have an issue with Palp's return. It's not that most people hated THAT he returned -- most people were pumped about the idea when that trailer dropped. It's HOW he returned that gets to folks.dimejinky99 wrote:Palpatine returned is waaaaaaaah
But Fett returns is ah cool yaaay
Have I got this right

If that happens, I'll be the first one to say it sucks.durdencommatyler wrote:E.H. Ruddock wrote:Yeah don't just tell us in a crawl "psych! Boba Fett didn't die!"
wease wrote:Quit your bitchin'. As long as it's something you like, it's the best thing ever done and if people don't like it, they don't like SW. But if it's something you don't care for, it's the worst idea ever and shouldn't even be done and the people that do like it shouldn't even like SW.
I doubt he'll be a very big part of this at all. Surely not all 8 episodes.durdencommatyler wrote:Canon is also littered with hints and implications that Fett (or at least his armor) somehow made it out of that pit. So there's some groundwork already laid for those who dive into supplemental material.
That won't be enough, though. I'm sure the show will handle it better than the film. Mostly because the show has 8 episodes to deal with it.
Please, explain it on screen. Not in a comic book or fortnite.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Yeah don't just tell us in a crawl "psych! Boba Fett didn't die!"
Yeah, that's fair. Star Wars really only exits has hate bate in public discourse anymore.dimejinky99 wrote:wease wrote:Quit your bitchin'. I was referring to the already predicted reaction on line
Not here
No. But you have all that room to tell the story if you need it.wease wrote:I doubt he'll be a very big part of this at all.
