yea they are looking solid and the Av looked as though they were falling apart near the end of the 2nd. Mackinnon is a goddamn monster though and the Wild are never a shoe in for a victory.

These Avs are something. Game is never over with them.

MacKinnon is disgustingly good.

Yanno, I didn't want the Wings in the east, either. But a first round b's wings series is pretty cool.

This is tense; almost guaranteed that first goal wins.

Shock is right. I was extremely impressed with him in the regular season. The Calder is his. But his performance in his first two playoff games is un-fucking-real. That goal tonight...just wow.

That call on Johansen was straight out of the David Stern playbook

I see we're getting a head start on discrediting the Penguins this year.

The Sharks might be a bit scary this year. Thirteen goals in the first two games against the Kings? Crazy.

i love people and their conspiracy theories. can never look at a game objectively and see the jackets were just as guilty with noncalls and receiving the powerplay on a silver platter just as much if not equal to what they perceive the pens to get

Gotta say, getting to see the octopi thrown on the ice is a nice addition to the Eastern Conference. Just hoping pre-game is the only chance they get.

As much as I hate the Bruins and can't really "cheer" for them to beat the Wings, that second round matchup with the Habs will be fantastic!

Good lord I miss going to Wild games. The X is on fire right now and I love it. I can feel it in my living room here in enemy territory.
