i murdered two. tossed them in the staub with beer, onions, kraut, and garlic and braised them on the grill, then a quick cook on each side. they turned out great, one of my best batches.

after about 1 million years, the dodgers cut ties with farmer johns which is the company that makes dodger dogs..the city is on edge now waiting to see who takes them over....

Smithwicks! That's the other Irish beer I was thinking of alongside Guinness and Kilkenny. Beautiful drop.
