oh boy, 154

had been in the 152-53 range for the last month

just a pound or two diff, but I need to be more vigilant

hope it's just water weight

will starve self today, sweat, puke and get back to normal weight by tomorrow

Back down to 153 even today.

Feeling good at this weight. It's a sweet spot for me.

been like 174-176 lately

added some pounds over this holiday break and despite exercise they are still there

gonna need to fiber-up and just eat less the next few days

Let loose for a few days and climbed way back up to 155.4 this morning.

I've been stuck at a plateau in the 250s for a few weeks now, which isn't a horrible thing (best shape in at least 10 years), but it's been a little frustrating to hover between 254 and 257 after consistently losing 2.5 lb per week for six months. Hoping to shake it off soon.

yea I like it when I get sad and stressed because I lose my appetite and a little weight

unfortunately, I am happy and not stressed today so I am headed to the gym after work
