It's crazy and Trump is an imbecile.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Trump saying Ukraine started it, and that Zelensky is a dictator. How are more GOP members not up in arms about his obvious sidling up to Putin? I have friends and family that still call the Russians "commies" and think we are in the cold war, yet they are supporting Trump on this. We can't be real, right? This is the matrix?

At this point though, what could he have on Trump that would make his followers stop believing in him? Piss tape? they don't care. He murdered someone? Probably don't care. The only thing I can think of is some kind of pedo tape from Epstein island.Sloppy Dupree wrote:Pretty wild stuff. Putin having dirt on Trump is pretty obvious at this point. I think it goes deeper than them just being ideologically aligned.

I dont see it that way. He was integral in letting the US being in their territory when it was not allowed. Putin might have used it as an excuse? maybe yes, maybe no...but he even gave guns to his people to defend themselves in a war that was mostly lost since day 1. Then Biden and Europe failed at whatever plan they had, something i still dont understand.Anders wrote:Zelensky has done nothing wrong in this.
Absolutely ludicrous take VG.VinylGuy wrote:I dont see it that way. He was integral in letting the US being in their territory when it was not allowed. Once Trump was a president again, it was kinda obvious he would end the war and make business with Putin.

He didn’t push his people to fight. He became the President in 2019, years after this war had started. Putin’s plan was to take all of Ukraine, but they have bravely fought against it.VinylGuy wrote:Im not saying that Putin didnt take advantage of that, im saying Zelensky kinda hand it over a silver platter, expecting to be saved by europe and the US with Biden. That didnt happened because Europe mainly didnt really gave a fuck or didnt have the firepower and with Trump winning and making business with Putin, well, he is fucked.
Again, i have no contemplation for a president who pushed his people to use arms and fight while he was taking pics for Vogue Magazine.
The war started in April of 2014, and always 100% controlled by Russia. There is nothing Zelensky could have done to stop the invasion, than to surrender his country completely to Putin’s Russian ultranationalism. It could not have been done in that time, and would have been a betrayal of his people.VinylGuy wrote:The invasion happened in 2022, thats the timeframe im referring to.
Of course not, but im saying Zelensky in my view in no saint at all.
